Files you open in our tools
The STL viewer, converters, image to STL, lithophane maker and cost calculator run entirely in your browser. Files you open are read on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Launch list
If you join a launch list we store your email address, whether you joined as a customer or a provider, the optional ZIP code you enter, and which page you signed up from. We use this only to tell you when 3DPrintMates launches features in your area. We don't sell it. Email us to have it deleted.
Server logs and infrastructure
The site is served through Cloudflare. Our API keeps short-lived request logs (time, path, status code, and a request ID) for security and debugging. Your IP address is used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Bot protection
Forms that send data to us (like the launch list) are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting. Cloudflare processes limited browser signals for this under its own privacy policy. Turnstile is not loaded on our tool pages.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
